Hello, I'm Renee, the head coach and founder of The Embodied Collective.
Through my own health and fitness journey, I've experienced the same feelings of confusion and uncertainty that you may be facing. I'm here to use my knowledge, experience, and voice to help you navigate through the challenges I've overcome myself.
In an industry crowded with misinformation, I strive to provide clarity and support to those seeking a fresh start on their wellness journey.
The transformative power of regular exercise and nourishing food has deeply resonated with me, especially after my own struggles with mental health and body image. I've felt the frustration of waking up every day and not liking what I see in the mirror. This journey has fueled my desire to help others, particularly women who may feel lost when it comes to their health and fitness. I aspire to be more than just a health and fitness coach - I truly want to be your supportive ‘best friend’ every step of the way.
Having tried numerous unsustainable diets and faced setbacks myself, my ultimate goal is to create a supportive environment where women can build a body and life they're proud of - a lifestyle that is ACTUALLY sustainable in the long term! While my journey has had its ups and downs, I've built a body and lifestyle that I truly love and enjoy. Now, I'm excited to share my learnings and support you on your journey to a happier, healthier you!
